In this exciting role, you will combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership - spending the majority of your time hands-on with cases while also guiding and developing your team, driving performance, and ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading clinical delivery, spending around 80% of your time in practice
• Ensuring the highest standards of care, clinical governance, and teamwork
• Overseeing financial and business performance, including client growth and retention
• Line managing and supporting a strong practice leadership team
• Fostering a culture of wellbeing, respect, and professional development
• Acting as the figurehead of the clinic, both within the team and in the wider community
