Lead, Validation & Test - Battery Storage Systems

Rimac Energy in Oxford seeks a Validation and Test Lead to drive hands on testing and team leadership across end to end verification activities, including planning, test rig design, execution, data analysis and reporting.

You will build robust test strategies, manage engineers and technicians, collaborate with certification bodies, and ensure traceability, safety and compliance for energy storage systems.
