We are looking for a Lead Climber to supervise and lead teams.

Duties will include:

Supervise / motivate teams to ensure work carried out is completed effectively and efficiently, ensuring the safety of the public and other team members
Maintain trees and hedges in public spaces and private gardens as directed, working in liason with a line manager and directors
Carrying out regular checks to ensure kit supplied is maintained to standard and used according to Health & Safety regulations
Completing online paperwork for every job using a company supplied handset
Keeping up to date with industry standards and up to date methods of safe working

Essential skills:

Full driving licence
CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39, CS41
Chipper ticket
Towing licence
MEWP ticket
Groundsperson experience
CSCS card
