Lead Transport Supervisor

Specialist Passenger Solutions is hiring a proactive and people-focused Lead Transport Supervisor to drive team performance and service excellence at Hinkley Point C.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations-managing staff rotas, supporting supervisors and drivers, and ensuring high standards in safety, service delivery, and communication .

• Oversee daily operations across SPS and HPC locations
• Lead and support supervisors and drivers on-site
• Manage vehicle allocation and respond effectively to operational incidents
• Champion safety, customer service, and operational efficiency
• Handle passenger issues and realign services as required
• Provide Duty Manager cover when needed

️ Safety and Security:

• Promote and adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures
• Ensure compliance with driving hours, CPC, and Working Time Directive regulations
• Attend required safety briefings and understand emergency protocols
• Health & safety knowledge
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Banksman trained (or willing to undertake training)
• PCV Licence / Full UK Driving Licence
• First Aid and/or CSCS card (training available)
• Knowledge of CPC regulations and driver compliance
