Job Description

Müller's Skelmersdale Depot is seeking a Transport Shift Lead to drive operational excellence in our transport operations. You will coach and develop the team, lead by example and ensure safe, compliant shift performance across KPIs.

In this full-time role, you'll manage 4 on 4 off day shifts (06:00-18:00), lead investigations into issues, support continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to boost business results while upholding a strong safety culture.
