Lead Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner

HC-One Scotland is seeking a Therapeutic Wellbeing Practitioner to lead and coordinate wellbeing activities within Hillside View care home. You will support residents' daily living, promote social engagement, and implement person-centred plans with a compassionate, patient approach.

Experience with vulnerable individuals and knowledge of alcohol related brain damage are valued. Training and development opportunities are offered as part of a supportive team environment.
