Lead Tea Mixology Team

Bird & Blend Tea Co. is seeking a Team Leader for our Angel store.

This permanent, part-time role (32 hours per week) supports day-to-day store operations, leads the team to deliver a top-tier customer experience, and maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in line with our sustainability ethos. You will work alongside the Store Manager to motivate the team, manage stock and samples, and ensure excellent service while upholding our ethical brand values.
