Requirements:

• This role requires full-time office presence in Cape Town.
• 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in data manipulation and analysis
• Experience developing analytical models, performing exploratory data analysis, or predictive modelling
• Proven experience leading projects, mentoring junior analysts, or guiding cross-functional initiatives
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that influence business decisions

Nice to have:

• Experience working with large, complex enterprise datasets
• Exposure to data engineering concepts or building data pipelines
• Experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience shaping analytics strategy or influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience improving analytics processes, governance, or standards
