Lead Synthetics Developer - Low-Latency FinTech

Barclays is seeking a Synthetics Lead Developer based in London. In this role, you will support the global Synthetic & Financing platform that manages equity swaps. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions and ensure robust performance.

The successful candidate should demonstrate mastery of microservices-based architectures, low-latency engineering skills, and strong experience with distributed systems. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
