Job Description

GLL is seeking a Lead Swimming Teacher at Dorking Sports Centre to develop swimmers and lead a team of teachers. You will deliver safe, engaging lessons and drive consistent teaching quality across the centre.

Ideal candidates hold STA Level 2 (or Swim England 2) with National Rescue Award preferred, plus health, safety and safeguarding knowledge. The role includes administration and strong pupil progression focus.
