Temporary contract with an opportunity to go permanent for a Lead Surveyor (Stock Conditions)

A leading real estate consultancy in Manchester, committed to delivering high-quality and comprehensive assessments of residential properties. Seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor or Lead Surveyor to join their dynamic team and lead in the management and delivery of survey programmes.
Your new role
In this role you will manage an internal team of surveyors and external sub-consultancy surveyors delivering stock condition surveys nationally.
It will be your role to provide clear, concise, and comprehensive reports to clients, including condition ratings and recommendations.You will stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations, ensuring all surveys comply with RICS guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
If you have experience delivering and designing stock condition survey programmes and a real passion for data, compliance, asset management and advisory services for business planning, regulatory compliance and stock rationalisation, I'd love to hear from you. Ideally, you will be MRICS or CIH with proven experience.
