Lead Sub-THz RF/mmWave IC Architect

University College Dublin seeks a Senior RF/mmWave IC Design Engineer to lead the engineering execution, layout synthesis and integration of a sub-THz transceiver SoC. The role coordinates RF, analog, digital and test teams to ensure design integrity and on-time delivery.

The appointee will drive sign-off methodologies, post-silicon validation and tape-out readiness within a deep-tech startup framework, reporting to the PI and aligning with Enterprise Ireland-funded goals.
