Lead, Structured Real Estate & Infra Finance Origination

Homes England is seeking a senior leader to head the SREIF Origination Team, based in the UK with a national remit. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of SREIF, Head of Risk and Head of Portfolio Management to drive lending opportunities and manage the full origination cycle for housing projects.

The role requires extensive experience in real estate/finance, the ability to lead a 3-4 person team, and to negotiate complex debt structures and inter-creditor arrangements.
