Lead Spiritual Care Chaplain for End-of-Life Support

Pilgrims Hospices in Canterbury invites applications for Spiritual Care Chaplain roles within our multi-disciplinary teams. You will provide patient-centred spiritual and emotional support across inpatient units, therapy centres, and community settings, upholding respect for diverse faiths, beliefs and autonomous choices.

You will lead the practice of pastoral and spiritual care, assess needs, support patients, carers and staff, and help foster meaning at the end of life.
