Lead Sous Chef: High-Volume Catering & Growth

Compass Group UK&I, ESS (Defence, Government & Energy services) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to lead our catering operation in a fast-paced, structured environment. You'll be on the tools, supporting your team and delivering high-quality meals.

You'll manage daily feeding and function activities, lead from the front, and drive food safety, hygiene and budget management while developing your team.
