Lead Sous Chef - Highland Kitchen (Live-In)

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in Glencoe. The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of £38,000, plus a performance bonus and a share of tips worth approximately £4,000 annually.

Live-in accommodation is available and you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding seasonal Scottish cuisine. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills and a passion for seasonal produce, with
