Lead Sous Chef - French Kitchen & Team Leadership

Bistrot Pierre in East Midlands is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exquisite French-inspired dishes while also motivating and developing the kitchen team.
