Lead Sous Chef - French Kitchen & Team Growth

Bistrot Pierre in the Eastbourne area is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy, fresh-food kitchen and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver beautifully cooked, French-inspired dishes to spec.

You'll combine hands-on cooking with leadership to organise, motivate and develop the team, ensuring every service runs smoothly and every plate leaves the kitchen to specification. Previous Sous/Chef de Partie experience is required.
