Lead Sous Chef - Creative Menus & Calm Kitchen Leadership

Buckfast Abbey is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support and lead a kitchen team at San Benedetto's within Northgate House Hotel. You will report to the Head Chef, help develop menus, motivate staff and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests and visitors.
