Lead Sous Chef - 5-Star Kitchen Leadership & Menu Vision

Castlemartyr Resort invites applications for the role of Sous Chef at our Canopy Restaurant in Castlemartyr. The successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, managing the team, and planning the menu.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably at a 5-star level, along with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. This full-time position requires weekend and evening shifts.
