Lead Software Engineer - Shape Our Audio Platform

Bauer Media Group is building a new in-house software development hub in Manchester. We seek a Lead Engineer to combine hands-on coding with day-to-day squad leadership, guiding architecture, delivery, and DevOps practices across a high-performing team.

You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with Product, Technology peers, and senior leaders to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions for Bauer Media's audio platforms.
