Lead Social Care Team - Person-Centred & Compliance

Inclusive Living Ireland is seeking a Social Care Team Lead to oversee centre operations and supervise staff, ensuring HIQA/HSE compliance and a person centred approach. The role works with families, the MDT, and external agencies to maintain high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have CORU/NMBI registration or progression, a Level 7 qualification in Social Care, and at least 2 years in residential or health services, with a full driving licence.
