Job Description
Site Manager Required - Office Strip-Out Project
- Rate:£270 per day
- Duration:10 weeks
- Start Date:11th May
- Location: Glasgow
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming office strip-out project starting 11th May, with a duration of approximately 10 weeks.
Scope of Works Includes:
- Isolation of services
- Full strip-out works
- Structural alterations
- Brickwork
- Roofing works
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing similar projects, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of health & safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certification
- Previous experience in office refurbishment/strip-out projects
