Lead Site Manager - Affordable Housing & Refurbishment

Esh Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an extra care project based in Bridlington. The role involves leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance on a day-to-day basis.

You will report to the Contracts Manager, manage construction processes, and ensure timely delivery. Head Office is in Leeds, with the Bridlington site as the primary location.
