Lead Site Agent - Civil Infrastructure & Energy Projects

James Gray Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to deliver civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Scotland. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate multi discipline works and drive on time delivery.

You will manage safety, quality and programme performance, with strong stakeholder management and a focus on pre construction planning and successful handovers. Experience in energy, utilities or general civils is preferred.
