Lead Shift Engineer - Energy Recovery Facility

Veolia is seeking a Shift Engineer at the Tyseley Energy Recovery Facility in Birmingham. You will lead a shift team to ensure safe and efficient operation of the ERF and its associated plant, while acting as Control Person for safe work on site and coordinating during outages.

You will mentor and develop staff, maintain accurate records, and liaise with maintenance for scheduling. A strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards is essential in this role.
