Lead Service Coordinator - Person-Centered Support

CoAction West Cork is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage a service for adults with varying support needs in Dunmanway. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring individual plans are followed, and guiding a dedicated staff team.

With a focus on skill development and independence, the Coordinator will lead a team, manage compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure that resources are effectively utilized. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
