Lead Rowing Coach - 25 hrs/wk, Inspire Students

St Leonard's School, Durham, is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Coach to develop and deliver a high-quality rowing programme for students of all abilities. You will run the boat club day-to-day, plan on-water and land-based training, and lead competitions while supporting growth across the school and Trust.

The role requires commitment to safeguarding, strong communication, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
