Job Description

The White Hart Hotel in Lincolnshire is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Antlers Restaurant, our 2 AA Rosette venue. You will work with the Restaurant Manager and the broader F&B team to lead service and uphold top standards of presentation and hospitality.

Responsibilities include supervising service, coaching staff, liaising with the kitchen, and upselling food and drinks to maximise revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
