Lead Residential Support Worker - EBD Youth

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a 2-bed EBD children's home in Salisbury. You will support young people aged 8-17, helping them build confidence, independence and life skills within a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work as part of a supportive team, providing high-quality, child-centred care, helping implement care plans and safeguarding procedures while promoting positive relationships with colleagues and external professionals.
