Lead Residential Care Manager (PIC)

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Person in Charge (PIC) to lead Residential and Respite Services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities in Tipperary town.

You will ensure HIQA standards, deliver high-quality person-centred care, mentor staff, and work with the Integrated Services Manager to achieve the best outcomes.
