Job Description

Pay Range: £34,000 to £45,000. Working Hours: Full-time, with possibilities for part time arrangements (subject to business requirements).

Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic partnerships with key sector bodies within assigned local growth sectors.
  • Oversee employer engagement strategy, securing bulk vacancies through large regional employers.
  • Develop and coordinate sector Routeways in collaboration with sector bodies, the Curriculum Team, and employers.
  • Maintain strong local relationships to support employment initiatives and integrate services with existing offerings.
  • Manage large employer accounts, acting as the single point of contact and coordinating multi location campaigns.
  • Track and manage the effectiveness of employer engagement activities across the region, supporting, coaching, and guiding Recruitment Managers.
  • Pre screen candidates and manage the recruitment process in support with Operations teams.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying employment growth opportunities, running events, and promoting new skills or work initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales focused roles within a B2B sales environment, recruitment, welfare to work or similar sector.
  • Minimum 6 months of sales management experience, supervising individuals or teams.
  • Experience in people management: mentoring, coaching and development.
  • Experience in the administration or delivery of recruitment or assessment processes.
  • Track record of working toward and achieving targets (minimum 2 years).
  • Minimum of 2 A Levels or an equivalent Level3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at least GradeB (or equivalent Level2), or achievement of Level2 Literacy Assessment at interview.
  • Experience working as part of a multi function service delivery team.
  • Proficiency with IT and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
