Lead Real-Time VFX Artist - Mentor & Pipeline Leader

Rebellion is seeking a Lead VFX Artist to shape real-time VFX across an upcoming unannounced project. You will lead and mentor a growing VFX team using our Asura engine, defining technical direction and ensuring high visual quality.

You will collaborate with art, design, and engineering leaders to balance gameplay, narrative, and performance, while building scalable workflows and pipelines for future titles. Relocation support is provided for Oxford, Warwick, or Runcorn studios.
