Lead Real Estate Finance Counsel - End-to-End Deals

Rutherford Search is looking for an experienced deal lawyer based in London to manage transactions in real estate and private equity. You will own deals end-to-end, influence deal structures, and manage external counsel independently. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years PQE in real estate finance, preferably from a leading law firm, and a commercially minded approach. This role offers dynamic work with substantial responsibility in a growing platform.
