Lead Readymix Plant Supervisor

Tarmac is recruiting a Plant Supervisor (Readymix) to lead the RMX team at our Readymix plant near Cardiff. You will manage production, safety, and customer delivery while guiding contractors and staff to meet KPI targets.

The ideal candidate will have RMX experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of Health & Safety policies; IOSH/Safety training is preferred. Roles are days with overtime as production needs.
