Lead Quantity Surveyor - Retrofit & CVR Leadership

United Infrastructure is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to own the Retrofit Stream under a Guinness Partnership framework. You will manage commercial aspects, cost control, valuations, and subcontractor relationships to deliver SHDF-funded retrofit projects.

The role requires strong leadership, CVR expertise, and a collaborative approach across design, pre-construction and operations to maximise value for money while complying with funding requirements.
