Lead Quantity Surveyor - Growth & Autonomy in Norfolk

APPLE TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role on Norfolk projects. Start from Sept 2026 onwards with a c£60,000 basic salary and a competitive package including a company car or car allowance and a pension scheme.

You will join a regional Main Contractor delivering across Mixed-Use, Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors, initially on a high-profile Norfolk scheme ( £5m) and later take lead on upcoming projects.
