As Lead QA Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and evolving Tosca-based automation frameworks specifically tailored for Oracle Fusion applications within a large-scale transformation programme.
You will be responsible for maximising the value of Tosca's advanced capabilities such as model-based testing, modular test case design, reusable business components, and Oracle-specific accelerators to drive scalable, low-maintenance, and high-resilience test coverage across ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
This role requires someone who can architect automation frameworks for maintainability, ensuring they withstand quarterly Oracle patch cycles and Redwood UX releases. You'll integrate Tosca tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ensure seamless traceability to Jira tickets and business acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will mentor engineers in Tosca best practices, including test data management, virtualisation, version control, and self-healing object recognition.
This position demands deep hands-on expertise in Tosca, going beyond usage to architecting enterprise-grade frameworks and driving continuous quality improvements at scale.
