Lead Pub Kitchen Manager Team Leader & Food Safety

Stonegate Pub Company, the UK's largest operator of pubs, is seeking a Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader for Slug And Lettuce in Leeds. You will lead the kitchen, uphold high standards, and develop the kitchen team.

Responsibilities include hiring/onboarding, team development, food safety and COSHH compliance, scheduling, stock checks, cost control, and driving sales by collaborating with front-of-house.
