Lead Project Manager - Construction & FM (Plymouth)

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, seeks a Project Manager/Contracts Manager to oversee Billable Works in a demanding construction/HVAC environment. You will lead cradle-to-grave project delivery, coordinate with supply chain, site managers and local representatives to meet safety, regulatory and environmental standards while delivering value.

You will monitor performance, manage costs, stakeholders and contracts to ensure projects meet KPIs and are delivered on
