Lead Project Engineer - Solar PV & Battery Storage

Elgin Energy is seeking a senior Project Engineering leader to oversee a team of around five Project Engineers while remaining the lead project engineer on a portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects.

The role blends hands-on engineering with people management, requiring strong commercial awareness to align engineering decisions with project value, cost, and investment readiness.
