Lead Production Operator - Food Packing & Team Coach

The Fresh Produce Centre, Ltd. is seeking a Production Lead Operator to oversee a designated packing line in our Tonbridge facility. You will train and manage the line team, ensure quality targets and safe working practices, and supervise temporary staff while maintaining production schedules.

You will need strong people skills, be able to lead under pressure, and drive continuous improvement, with experience on food production lines and familiarity with SAP production management.
