Lead Practitioner Health & Social Care Team Leader

Cornerstone in Irvine is seeking an experienced Lead Practitioner to lead and inspire our team of Support Practitioners. You will guide, support and mentor staff to deliver high quality, person-centred care across multiple areas, while ensuring services operate within budgets and contractual requirements.

You will bring proven people-management experience, strong knowledge of the Health & Social Care sector, and a commitment to SVQ Level 7 and a PDA in management.
