Lead PM - High-Rise Remedials (NEC4, Building Safety)

The role will own projects from pre-construction through delivery, coordinating clients, consultants and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure safety, commercial viability and quality.

Experience with high-rise remedial works, NEC4 contracts, and knowledge of Building Safety Gateway 2 and the Building Safety Regulator
