Lead Platform Engineer - Buyside

I'm partnering with a systematic investment firm who are looking for a Lead Engineer to play a key part in maintaining the Infrastructure of their platform as they look to expand.

They are currently building out their AWS platform and need an experienced hands on engineer who has experience improving the stability of platforms through the introduction of technology and processes.

What they are looking for:

• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Background in supporting Kubernetes environments
• Strong knowledge of IaC using Terraform
• Understanding of networking and security best practices
• Knowledge of scripting preferably Python
• Previous experience managing small teams
• Ideally worked within financial services

Please note this is a hybrid position within their London office.
