Lead Personal Training Manager - Inspire Results & Growth

Crunch Fitness is seeking a driven Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of the personal training program. You will lead and develop trainers, ensure performance goals are met, and uphold brand standards.

You will deliver customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching while building your own client base. This is a full-time, in-person role with a base salary plus bonus/commission structure and a guaranteed minimum for the first 60 days.
