Lead Personal Support Manager - Supported Living

Community Lives Consortium is recruiting a Female Personal Support Manager to work in the Margam area of Port Talbot, overseeing a supported living home for two individuals with learning disabilities and promoting their independence. You will lead and coach the care team, ensure RISCA compliance, manage rotas and budgets, liaise with external professionals and families, and support service development.
