Lead Permit Issuer - COMAH Safety & Compliance

Costain is recruiting a Permit Issuer for a landmark energy project on Teesside. You will issue permits to work and manage the PTW system within a COMAH Top Tier site, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires deep knowledge of COMAH, environmental and construction regulations, including CDM 2015, and strong teamwork in a central coordination hub. Based in Teesside, full-time on site.
