We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Pension Administrator to deliver high-quality administration across a portfolio of pension schemes within the Annual Events & Projects function. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of scheme events, maintaining high data standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
You will take ownership of complex administration activities, including valuations, benefit statements, pension increases and other annual processes, while acting as a technical and operational point of reference for junior colleagues. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workloads to consistently meet service levels, even during periods of change or pressure.
