Lead Pastry Chef: Rosette Desserts for Weddings & Events

Chefs for Chefs in Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry department of a renowned 3 Rosette restaurant and wedding venue. You will deliver desserts and pastry offerings to a 2-3 Rosette standard across both the à la carte restaurant and wedding/event operations.

Working with the Head Chef, you will design seasonal dessert menus, mentor junior pastry staff, manage ordering and GP targets, and ensure top quality, presentation, and food safety.
